Terrianne’s ‘Talk Like That’ Is an Unapologetic Anthem for Those Silenced

Terrianne is set to release her latest single, ‘Talk Like That’, on 21 February 2025. The Derby-born, London-based artist delivers a fearless anthem for anyone who has ever felt silenced. She blends bold lyricism with high-energy production, transforming frustration into a feminist rage-pop track that refuses to hold back.

The song tackles the pressure many women face to stay calm in uncomfortable situations. Instead of staying quiet, ‘Talk Like That’ fights back with raw defiance. Terrianne gives a voice to those who have been told to smile and nod when they really wanted to speak up.

A Rising Force in the Live Music Scene

Terrianne has built a reputation for delivering high-energy live performances. She has played at Isle of Wight Festival, Matchstick Festival, and sold out shows across the UK. She also took the stage at the BBC Introducing showcase at Metronome Nottingham. This summer, she will bring her energy to the BBC Introducing stage at YNOT Festival, marking another major milestone in her career.

She has worked hard to fund her music independently. After raising £3,000 through crowdfunding, she released her debut EP, Independent & Free. The project caught the industry’s attention, leading to support from BBC Introducing, Help Musicians, and Arts Council England.

Empowering Women Through Music

Terrianne actively pushes for greater female representation in the music industry. She remains committed to amplifying women’s voices, both through her lyrics and her performances. Her YNOT Festival set will feature an all-female band, reinforcing her mission to champion women in music.

Speaking about the single, she describes ‘Talk Like That’ as a much-needed release of frustration. “This track is for every woman who has been made to feel like she has to stay quiet. I wanted to write something that channels that rage into something powerful and cathartic.”

With another release planned for May, Terrianne continues to gain momentum. ‘Talk Like That’ arrives on 21 February and will be available on all major streaming platforms. You can pre-save the single here. Fans can stay updated on her journey and upcoming projects via her social media channels.
